By accepting these T&C, creating an account, and accessing or using BITWIN.IN platform & services, you agree to be bound by all these terms.

Definitions & Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms, “Platform” refers to BITWIN.IN, “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the platform, “Services” refers to all features offered by BITWIN.IN, and “Content” includes all information, data, text, images, or materials shared by users. 1. User Account Eligibility & Legal Capacity

To access certain features of BITWIN.IN platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You agree that BITWIN.IN may use your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Users must be at least 13 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BITWIN.IN only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Harmful, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or defamatory activities
Uploading viruses, malware, spyware, or harmful software

3. Intellectual Properties

All content on BITWIN.IN including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of BITWIN.IN or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. User-Generated Contents

Users retain ownership of their content but grant BITWIN.IN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use and distribute such content for platform services.

Users are solely responsible for content they post and agree not to post illegal or offensive content.

5. Termination

BITWIN.IN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or harmful conduct. We also reserve the right to close or sell the platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liabilities

BITWIN.IN is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. BITWIN.IN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. App Store & Platform Disclaimer

Apple App Store and Google Play are not responsible for BITWIN.IN services. BITWIN.IN is solely responsible for compliance, support, and maintenance. Force majeure conditions apply.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BITWIN.IN against any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Paid Promotion / Services

BITWIN.IN does not guarantee results of paid promotions. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payment reversals must be handled via the payment gateway.

10. Advertisements, Promotions & Sponsors Feeds

BITWIN.IN may display advertisements or sponsored content without prior notice or compensation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

12. Severability

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective.

13. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between BITWIN.IN and users.

15. Changes to These Terms

BITWIN.IN may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
