BITWIN.IN does not provide any guarantees or warranties regarding reach, visibility, engagement, or results of any paid promotions or services.

Services will be activated only after successful payment is received and confirmed.

2. Payment Model

BITWIN.IN may charge fees on an individual basis for actions such as posting a feed, boosting a feed, or boosting a profile.

BITWIN.IN does not offer subscription plans, wallet balances, prepaid accounts, or stored credit models.

3. Payment Stuck in Channel Circumstances

BITWIN.IN provides services only after successful payment receipts. BITWIN.IN is not responsible for payments stuck in any payment channel due to technical or banking issues.

Before making a payment, please ensure:

Verify card details including number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address
Ensure sufficient account balance
Check bank restrictions on online or high-value transactions
Retry the transaction if a temporary issue occurs
Ensure a stable internet or mobile connection
If the issue persists, contact your bank or Razorpay support to initiate a reversal for the stuck amount before retrying payment

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Under no circumstances does BITWIN.IN provide refunds for any paid services once payment has been successfully made.

Once a service is purchased, the user must avail that specific service only. No cancellation, substitution, or reversal is permitted.

5. Governing Law

This Payment Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

6. Changes to This Payment Policy

BITWIN.IN reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, along with an updated version and date.

Continued use of BITWIN.IN after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Policy.
